I started Verdant because I believed the insurance experience needed to catch up with the way people actually communicate and do business today.
Insurance has traditionally relied heavily on phone calls, paperwork and back-and-forth communication. That friction can make something that should be straightforward feel unnecessarily complicated.
Verdant was created to modernize that experience through digital communication, technology and, increasingly, artificial intelligence.
