Routinely exceeded sales quotas, outperforming targets by as much as 156.85 percent throughout four-year tenure with Johnson Inc. With his experience in sales and customer service, Joel looks to further his career as part-owner of Verdant Insurance.

Brittany has been a licensed broker in Northwestern Ontario for 4 years. She has always been an expert in customer service. Spanning from the food industry to pharmacy, and now insurance. She excels at helping customers understand their policies, ensuring they are properly covered, and is willing to go above and beyond.

Rajanpreet Kaur brings over eight years of customer service experience across food service, retail, and now the insurance industry. Her passion for helping others inspired her to become a licensed insurance broker, where she combines expert knowledge with a personal approach. Rajanpreet is dedicated to making insurance simple, transparent, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether it’s home, auto, or business coverage, she works diligently to find the right solutions for every client.

Boris is a licensed insurance broker with Verdant Insurance, proudly serving clients throughout Northern Ontario. I specialize in auto, home, commercial, and recreational insurance, helping individuals and businesses find the right coverage through over 16 top insurers. Before working in insurance, I owned and managed three medical rehab clinics inside Walmarts across Ontario. I later operated a private property claims investigation and estimating company for insurance losses. Since 2024, I’ve focused on delivering personalized service in both personal and commercial insurance.
